| CONFIRMING A BOOKING: |
|
| To confirm a booking we require payment by Visa, MasterCard
or American Express for the first night’s accommodation. Confirmation
of booking and details will be completed through email or
by mail. |

| SPECIAL NOTES: |
|
- Rates can vary without notice and should
be double-checked at the time of booking.
- Bookings made within 14 days or less
require full payment by credit card for the booking to
be accepted.

| CANCELLATION POLICY |
|
| Due to our small size cancellations affect us significantly.
The following applies: |
|
- Cancellations notified more than 30 days
prior to arrival will be entitled to a full refund less
a NZ$50.00 administration fee.
- Cancellation within 30 days of arrival
date will incur a cancellation fee of the first night’s
accommodation.
- Cancellations and amendments to length
of stay must be made in writing. (e-mail or fax)
- Travel insurance is recommended for all
bookings to provide adequate protection against cancellation
of travel.
